At Regen-Fit, your satisfaction matters to us. Our goal is to ensure a positive shopping experience from start to finish. Because we work with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfill orders, our refund and return process follows specific guidelines outlined below.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, we are unable to cancel it.
To request a cancellation, please contact support@regen-fit.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements for eligible items that meet the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product has not been used or altered.

You contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Please note: Because items are shipped directly from suppliers, we may not be able to accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or buyer error.
Refund Process
Once your return or refund request is approved:

You will receive confirmation via email.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary by your bank or payment provider).

In some cases, replacement products may be issued instead of refunds, depending on supplier policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@regen-fit.com with your order number and clear photos. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue quickly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of dropshipping and hygiene standards, some items (e.g., personal wellness tools, therapy accessories) are non-returnable unless defective. This helps ensure all customers receive new, unused products.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like to receive a different item, please place a new order once your refund or replacement has been processed.
