Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Regen-Fit partners with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment centers in the U.S. and overseas.

U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing.

International Orders (if available): Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions within the continental United States.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is delayed or missing, contact us at support@regen-fit.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. These costs are not included in our prices and are determined by your local authorities.
